All employees have access to 3 free and conidential counseling sessions through Mercy. The program ofers
conidential assistance and counseling for childcare, eldercare, adoption, relationships, and inancial issues. If
you want to continue past the 3 free counseling sessions, Mercy will ensure the counselor chosen will be in-
network and the in-network cost will apply.
Toll-free phone and web counseling are also available 24/7.
