Critical Illness Insurance
Critical Illness Insurance through The Hartford can help fill coverage gaps with a cash benefit for specific medical
conditions, such as cancer, heart attack and stroke, helping to pay out-of-pocket medical costs and to offset non-medical
costs associated with treatment (such as child care or transportation). The following benefits are available:
Employee: $10,000, $20,000, or $30,000
Spouse: 100% of employee’s coverage amount; $10,000
Children: $10,000 Critical Illness Bi-Weekly Rates (Per Pay Period)
