2020 CFA Employee Benefits Enrollment Guide

Beneits are an integral part of the overall compensation package provided by CFA. We are pleased to provide
you with this summary of the CFA employee beneit program to assist you in making your beneit elections.
The beneit program was designed to provide you and your eligible dependents comprehensive coverage and
protection through choices to enable you to select options which meet your individual needs.

Eligibility REMEMBER

All full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week
