Your Dental Plan At-A-Glance
Good oral hygiene contributes to your overall health. CFA ofers two dental plans. The irst plan is a PPO that
pays 100% for preventive care and helps pay for basic care and major care while giving you the option to see
the dentist of your choice. The second option is a DHMO Plan which is a copay plan. There is no deductible
and no maximum. You pay the copayments based on the services you receive.
