Tuition Assistance Program Tuition
The Tuition Assistance Program is available for the beneit of Assistance
employees who have expressed an interest in continuing their formal
education at an accredited school of higher learning. When the Program
conditions stated below are satisied, tuition reimbursement will be
made upon the successful completion of courses which are deemed to
be job-related.
All full-time employees (which work at least 30 hours per week),
who have worked at the Company for at least 12 continuous months,
and have performed at a satisfactory level are eligible to apply for
the Tuition Assistance Program, pending management approval.
Employees that perform below standards or on performance warning,
will not be eligible.
Only accredited institutions which grant doctoral, graduate,
undergraduate, or associate degrees and are recognized by a state board
of education and/or state licensure board qualify under this program.
To qualify for reimbursement, course or degree programs must be
pertinent to the employee’s current job with the Company or support
the employee’s advancement within the Company. The employee’s
manager will determine if a course or degree program is pertinent, but
the Division Vice President will be inal authority.
