WELLNESS PROGRAM Wellness Incentives for Making
The OCLC Wellness Program rewards you for making healthy Healthy Choices
choices. Get the motivation you need to improve your health, and the OCLC employees can earn cash rewards
education and support to make wellness a lifestyle. and a discount on their monthly medical
plan premiums by participating in the OCLC
Earning Points and Rewards Wellness Program.
Complete the Member Health Assessment and biometric screening by the communicated deadline to receive a $200 annual
Medical Plan premium reduction. In addition, earn a total of 200 points by the communicated deadline, to receive a $200
Wellness Incentive for employee only and a $400 Wellness Incentive for employee+spouse/domestic partner.
Additional Activities
You have many resources available to you through the OCLC Wellness Program including the following:
Register for any employer challenges hosted by OCLC
Take an online course or join a targeted program to address specific lifestyle concerns
Participate in or start a peer challenge

OCLC offers personal days to support time away from work as well as flexibility to observe certain unpaid holidays. Per
calendar year, full-time employees may earn up to four personal days and part-time employees may earn up to two.
Holidays
OCLC observes seven paid holidays each year which include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Sick Leave
Full-time employees begin accruing sick leave at a rate of ten hours per month and can be taken in half-hour increments.
Annually, employees can designate up to 80 hours of their accrued sick leave to care for eligible family members such as
spouses, domestic partners, and children.
