Intertek is partnering with LiveHealth Online, Anthem’s virtual visit
partner to give you access to a doctor online for non-emergency
care at any time. LiveHealth Online is a new convenient way for
you to get a doctor’s care through a private video visit using your
smartphone, tablet, or computer. You can be at home, traveling for
work, or even on vacation—all you have to do is register by going to
livehealthonline.com or using the free iOS or Android app.
Doctors can assess your condition and send prescriptions to your
pharmacy if needed.* Doctors can diagnose and treat a wide range of
medical conditions via a virtual visit, including the following.
X Bladder infection/urinary tract X Diarrhea
infection X Pink eye
X Cold/lu X Rash
X Bronchitis X Sore throat
X Fever X Sinus problems and more
What Does it Cost?
X Classic PPO plan members—$25 copay
X CHDP plan members—average cost of visit is $59 (member
responsibility is 20% after deductible is met)
X Non-Anthem members—average cost of visit is $59
