Dependent Eligibility
In general, eligible dependents include your spouse, same-sex
domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Children may include
natural, adopted, step-children, children obtained through court-
appointed legal guardianship, as well as children of same-sex
registered domestic partners.
If an employee has a life event such as a birth, marriage, death, gain
of other coverage, or loss of other coverage, then the employee has
30 days from the date of the event to request a beneit enrollment
window to add or drop beneits in the Intertek plan.
If an employee becomes eligible for or has a loss in coverage from
Medicaid or Medicare, then the employee has 60 days to request a
change in beneits in the Intertek plans.
Enrollment
Once you’ve reviewed your choices and conirmed which beneits best
meet your needs and the needs of your family members, follow the
instructions below to complete your enrollment process.
1. Go to https://my.adp.com.
2. For irst time users, please click Register Now and use the
registration code INTERTEKNA-ADP to login and set up your
account.
