Apricity Benefits Overview
Prescription Benefits
When you enroll in one of the available medical plans, you are automatically provided with
prescription beneits. These beneits should be accessed through Anthem and include different
pricing structures or “tiers” that enable you to control costs based on the medications you select.
Retail Network
A retail network is an insurance company’s list of approved or contracted providers—in this case
pharmacies—from which you can receive the highest beneit level when illing your prescriptions.
Retail 90
You have the option of getting a 90-day supply of any covered prescription drug, including
maintenance drugs, at participating Retail 90 pharmacies. To ind a Retail 90 pharmacy, log on to
www.anthem.com and choose “Pharmacy,” select “Find a Pharmacy” on the Pharmacy page
and enter your zip code or city.
