telemedicine vendor, First Stop Health. Using First Stop Health’s
telemedicine services can save you time and money, and
doctors can diagnose and treat you from the comfort of home
(or wherever you are). You can also use First Stop Health’s
services to speak with a doctor who can answer questions about
your medical condition and/or your medication(s).

emergency health concerns, including but not limited to:
