Medical—Aetna
Looking For a Doctor in Aetna’s Networks?
1. Go to www.aetna.com
2. Choose “Find a Doctor” (top, center)
3. Choose “Plan through your job or spouse’s/partner’s job” (center,
right)
4. In the Find a Doctor, Dentist, or Facility section, enter your search
criteria
A. Enter name, specialty, procedure, or condition (e.g., “Doctor” or
“Dentist” or “Smith”)
B. Enter ZIP Code or city, state
5. Click “Search”
6. Choose the Plan you are searching for as follows
A. Medical—Under IL/MO Plans on the Coventry Network
(including Healthfund Plans), choose Coventry Illinois Health
Care Network Aetna Choice POSII
B. Dental—Dental PPO/PDN with PPO II Network, Choose
Dental PPO/PDN with PPO II
Looking For an Aetna Vision Preferred
Provider?
1. Go to www.aetnavision.com
2. Under “Locate a Provider” in the blue box on the right side, choose
“Locate a Provider on the Aetna Vision Preferred Network”
3. Simply enter your ZIP Code and hit enter for a list, or
4. Use the Advanced Search Tool to locate speciic providers
A. Enter ZIP Code
B. Enter name of vision provider
Retail access includes JCPenney, Sears, Pearl Vision, Lens Crafters, and
Target.
