This year, we are providing a tool through Compass to assist you in
understanding your healthcare options. Compass provides advocates who

help with the following:

ƒ Review your medical bills and EOBs

ƒ Follow up with insurance plans and providers in case of errors

ƒ Facilitate bill payment or bill guidance

ƒ Find in-network providers
ƒ Assist in obtaining pre-authorizations and out-of-pocket cost estimates
for procedures

Compass is available to full-time associates, their spouse, parents, parents-

in-law and children, regardless of plan provider.
