Education



Tuition Reimbursement and Continuing Education

The AON tuition reimbursement policy includes undergraduate and
graduate degree programs related to a staff member’s current position or
a position which would be available at AON.

X LPN, ASN, and BSN degree coursework reimbursed up to $5,250 per
calendar year for full-time staff and up to $2,625 per calendar year for
part-time staff

X All other degree programs (undergraduate and graduate) related
to positions at AON (example: medical technology, accountant,
management, etc) reimbursed up to $4,000 per calendar year for full-
time staff and up to $2,000 per calendar year for part-time staff
X Staff members must remain employed in either a full-time or part-
time status for at least 12 months after receiving reimbursement or
repayment is required

X A grade of B or better (pass for pass/fail courses) is required
for reimbursement

Please contact Human Resources for the tuition reimbursement request
form and tuition reimbursement agreement. All tuition reimbursement
requests must be approved prior to the start date of the class.


In addition, AON will provide up to 8 hours of paid CEU time for
individuals who are required to have a professional license as part of
their job.

Note: Reimbursement amounts are subject to change. Programs and
courses are subject to prior approval by Facility Manager, or Operations
Director and HR Manager.
