How to Enroll in Your
Benefits
You will enroll in or make changes to your
insurance using SyncHR through single sign on.
When you log in to your computer and are on the
company network, click on your SyncHR icon.
X As a new hire or to process a life event, the button will read “Report a
Life Event”
X During the company’s open enrollment period, the button will read
“Open Enrollment”
On your Myself page, you
will select “Report a Life
Event” and then you will
choose the type of life event
that you are requesting.
If you are not on the company network,
you will need to access SyncHR using the
following link.v
https://clients.synchr.com
If you have never accessed SyncHR via the
above link, you will need to set up a password.
Your username is your full business email
address and your temporary password will be Example:
your irst initial, full last name, and last ive Username:
digits of your Social Security Number. Your Mary.smith@
irst initial is capitalized and the remainder are aoncology.com
small letters with no dashes or spaces. Password:
Msmith12345
Once you login to SyncHR, you will be required to change your password.
Then you will follow the steps pertinent to the type of life event you Questions?
