CHOICES
Cigna administers Franke’s comprehensive medical plan. Cigna’s network
offers greater access to in-network providers and deeper discounts on services.
This will result in lower costs to you and our plan. Cigna also provides
extensive online resources including care, cost, and quality comparison tools.
Medical Plan
Sertek offers one medical plan choice for 2019, Cigna’s Open Access Plus
(OAP) Plan.
Cigna 90 Now—Mandatory for Maintenance
Medications
All maintenance medications listed on the CIGNA 90 Now maintenance drug
list must be filled in a 90-day supply and obtained from a CIGNA 90 Now
network pharmacy or through Cigna’s Home Delivery program. You may
receive the first three monthly fills at any retail pharmacy, but must transition
your prescription to a 90 Now pharmacy following the 3 monthly fills. You
may view the Cigna 90 Now—Maintenance Drug List in the benefits section of
Ultipro.
CVS and Walmart are two of the many retail pharmacies participating in
the 90 Now network. You may look up other participating pharmacies on
mycigna.com.
Pre-Certification Requirements
Pre-certiication requirements must be met for high tech imaging
and several other medical procedures. All pre-certiication
requirements will be taken care of for you as long as you seek care
from an in-network Cigna provider.
