You are encouraged to register on myCigna.com to gain access to the following
resources and tools. The myCigna app also provides access to these tools:

„ Find in-network doctors, hospitals, and medical services

„ Manage and track claims
„ See cost estimates for medical procedures

„ Compare quality of care for doctors and hospitals

Cigna One Guide
Cigna One Guide representatives are available to assist with the following
services—both before and after you enroll for benefits:

„ Assistance understanding the basics of health insurance
„ Confirm your physicians are in-network, or help you select a provider if
needed

„ Resolve healthcare issues

„ Find the right providers, including dentists
„ Get cost estimates

„ Understand your bills

As you enroll, you may call the member services number—888.806.5042 from
8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST. After you enroll, you may access Cigna One Guide
by app, phone, or online chat with your member ID by calling the member
number on your ID card 24 hours a day.

Integrating cost and quality information makes it easier for you to get the care
you need most cost effectively for you.

„ See the cost of the procedure at each provider
