What is PhysicianNow?
PhysicianNow, available through Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), lets
you see and talk to a doctor from your mobile device or computer
without an appointment. You’ll have access to United States-based,
board-certiied physicians 24 hours per day, even weekends and holidays!
These physicians can evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of non-
emergency medical conditions. In some states, including Tennessee, these
physicians can even write prescriptions you can pick up at your local
pharmacy.
How Much Does It Cost?
It’s FREE when you register through BCBS. Upon registering, Goodwill
covers the full cost of your telemedicine visit.
How Do I Access The Program?
Sign up through BlueAccess at bcbst.com/member under the “Manage
Your Health” tab or call 888.283.6691. You will need your BCBS ID card
at the time of registration.
