Time Off
A comprehensive group of employee time-of beneits has been developed by Yaskawa Motoman Robotics
Time-of beneits are carefully designed to provide Employees with a balance of time of from work without
creating undue hardship. Regular full-time Employees are eligible for most beneits if they meet speciic
requirements.
Personal Day Policy Holidays
Full-time Employees will receive up to ive (5) paid Yaskawa Motoman Robotics normally recognizes
personal days per calendar year, to be used for the following paid holidays; however, Yaskawa
tending to family matters, taking care of other may decide to work on a holiday depending upon
personal matters such as doctor appointments, job requirements.

determined prior to the beginning of each calendar
year. If the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, its
observance will be at management’s direction.
