Vacation



Vacation Eligibility

The Company recognizes that Employees need scheduled time away from normal work duties for their
personal well-being. The company grants annual vacation with pay to regular full-time Employees who meet
the service requirements.


Length of Service Days Vacation Period
Hired January 1–March 31 Ten (10) days During the year of hire
Hired April 1–June 30 Seven (7) days During the year of hire
Hired July 1–September 30 Five (5) days During the year of hire
In Calendar Year following hire year Ten (10) days Jan 1–Dec. 31 in full year after hire date
3 Year Anniversary Fifteen (15) days Next calendar year after 3rd anniversary
6 Year Anniversary Sixteen (16) days Next calendar year after 6th anniversary
9 Year Anniversary Seventeen (17) days Next calendar year after 9th anniversary
12 Year Anniversary Eighteen (18) days Next calendar year after 12th anniversary
15 Year Anniversary Twenty (20) days Next calendar year after 15th anniversary
18 Year Anniversary Twenty-two (22) days Next calendar year after 18th anniversary
20 Year Anniversary Twenty-ive (25) days Next calendar year after 20th anniversary


Regular part-time Employees will receive a pro-rated vacation allowance.


In the Know…

Vacation requests should be made as soon as possible. Vacation may be taken at any time during the year
with the following provisions:

X Job requirements will always have precedence over vacation schedules, but every attempt will be made
by management to satisfy Employee desires.

X Vacation days may not be carried over into the next year unless otherwise dictated by state law.
X A paid company holiday that falls during the vacation period will be considered as a paid holiday and
not vacation time. This day of vacation may be taken at another time as approved.

X Individual departments may have speciic requirements for vacation requests. Please refer to your
department’s guidelines for more information.
