Welcome to Franke’s 2016 new hire enrollment. It is our pleasure to
provide your 2016 new hire enrollment guide. Its purpose is to acquaint
you with the various beneit plans available to you as a newly hired Franke
employee. We hope you ind this guide useful as you weigh your beneit
options.
Franke offers a comprehensive beneits package aimed to support your
goals of good health and inancial stability. Now is your opportunity to
enroll in Franke beneits coverage for you and your eligible dependents.
You must log into the Choicelinx online enrollment system and make
your initial beneit elections by your enrollment deadline as shown on
the following pages. If you do not elect medical, dental, vision, FSA, or
voluntary life beneits during your initial enrollment period, you will not
be able to elect or change your beneit elections for the remainder of
the 2016 plan year unless you experience a qualiied life status change as
described in this guide.
