To our Dentons’ Retirees,
The Dentons US Retiree Benefits program offers comprehensive coverage for your medical, dental
and vision insurance needs.
Open Enrollment is your opportunity to review our benefit plan line-up and make any new
elections, coverage changes or to cancel enrollment for 2021. All of your benefit plans will
automatically renew each year. However, we strongly encourage you to review the enclosures to
ensure your needs are properly addressed.
This Open Enrollment Guide provides an overview of our benefit plans. It is general information
intended to highlight important features and changes in the Firm’s program. For more specific
details, all plan documents, including Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and policy booklets, are
available upon written request to the Dentons Benefits Team. Should there be any inconsistencies
between this guide and the legal plan documents, the plan documents are the final authority.
