Drug Coverage W. J. Bradley offers you three medical plan options. Employees may
log into the online enrollment site to elect a health plan, to designate
beneiciaries, and/or to add dependents.
Is Your Provider in the Network?
To ind your provider, follow the directions outlined below:
1. Go to www.myuhc.com
2. Click on “Find Physician, Laboratory, or Facility” (right side of
screen)
3. Under Select a Plan, choose United Healthcare Choice Plus
4. Enter physician’s name
5. Click “Go”
