Brady Benefits Guide
Social/Community
Employees are provided access to the following programs which are supported and inanced by the Brady
Foundation (see Inside Brady for more information):
Brady Employee Scholarship Program
■ Each year, the Brady Foundation ofers ive scholarships to eligible student dependents of active US
Brady employees for $5,000 per year, renewable up to four years for a maximum of $20,000.
Employee Volunteer Program
■ The Employee Volunteer Program enables US employees to give back to their communities. Brady is
proud to support volunteerism among its employees. Whether it’s through a local supply drive, a team-
building event that involves a local non-proit, or ofering employees opportunities to connect directly
to organizations in the community, there is something for everyone. Please check with your local site
coordinator or site leadership to ind out what is happening where you work!
Matching Gift Program
■ The Brady Foundation sponsors a matching program for Brady employees. Gifts made by employees to
501(C)(3) not-for-proit organizations that meet the foundation’s focus areas are eligible for a matching
contribution.
Dollars for Doers
■ Brady encourages employees to volunteer with organizations they are passionate about. Through
the Brady Foundation, the Dollars for Doers program matches the time Brady employees contribute
with inancial support. Employees must volunteer a minimum of 10 hours with an eligible 501(C)(3)
organization during non-working hours. The Brady Foundation will award $12.50 per hour volunteered
to the not-for-proit, up to $500 (40 volunteer hours) per six-month submission period per organization.
