US MAINLAND - Employee Pretax
Medical Contributions

* During the two months in a year that have three pay periods (July and December), premiums
will only be deducted from the first two paychecks.
DAWSON has two different medical benefits contribution categories for full-time regular employees. The
Prevailing Wage (PVW) category applies to Service Contract Act (SCA), Davis-Bacon and Related Act
(DBRA), and some collective bargaining agreements (CBA). All other employees are in the non-Prevailing
Wage category. If you have any questions about your category, contact your HR Business Partner (see
page 33 for list).
