LIFE AND AD&D INSURANCE
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance are provided through Lincoln Financial Group.
BASIC LIFE AND ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT (AD&D)
DAWSON automatically provides you a life and AD&D
insurance policy with a benefit of $50,000 at no cost
to you (for employees older than 70, this benefit is
automatically reduced by Lincoln). If you are a new
enrollee, you may elect to purchase additional life
insurance to the guaranteed issues limits noted below
without completing evidence of insurability. If you elect
coverage for yourself, you may also elect coverage for
your spouse to the guaranteed issue limits noted below.
* You must be considered actively at work on your effective
date for coverage to be effective.
