Please note when selecting a plan, select the Blue Access Choice network
if you are located in the St. Louis area. If you are outside of the St. Louis
area, select the National PPO (BlueCard PPO) network.
Anthem LiveHealth Online
All our plans include Anthem’s virtual visit beneit, LiveHealth Online.
With LiveHealth Online, you do not have to schedule an appointment,
drive to the doctor’s ofice, and then wait for your appointment. In
fact, you do not have to leave your home or ofice. Doctors can answer
questions, make a diagnosis, and even prescribe basic medications, in most
states, when needed.
With LiveHealth Online, you have access to immediate doctor visits
through live video, your choice of US board-certiied doctors, and a
private, secure, and convenient online visit. Under the Premium and
Regular plan, you will be charged a $15 copay. Under the HSA plan, you
are charged $59, until the deductible is met.
You can use LiveHealth Online whenever you have a health concern and
do not want to wait. Doctors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
365 days a year. Some of the most common uses include cold and lu
symptoms, allergies, sinus infections, and family health questions.
Enroll for free at livehealthonline.com or on the app, and you are ready
to see a doctor.
