Employee Assistance Program
Normally, each of us is quite capable of coping with problems we face
in everyday life. There may, however, be times when problems become
overwhelming. NISC has contracted with Employee Assistance Program
(EAP) professionals to provide counseling for you or your family
members, covering all of the cost.
EAP is designed to offer short-term professional counseling for a variety
of concerns.
Family and relationship issues
Emotional dificulties
Conlicts at work or home
Work-related problems
You or members of your immediate family can contact the EAP directly,
24 hours a day. This program is conidential and NISC will not know who
chooses to use it.
Trained professionals at a convenient location will provide counseling on
a short-term basis. If long-term or specialized treatment is needed, the
EAP will help you ind the best resource for your particular situation,
using your health beneit program whenever possible.
