Fujairah Ruler honoured with 50th

anniversary commemorative stamp

Sharjah 24 – WAM: His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi,
Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, received a commemorative
postage stamp today, Tuesday, at his palace in Al Rumailah. The stamp, issued
by the "7x7x" Group (formerly Emirates Post) on September 18, honours the
50th anniversary of His Highness's ascension to power in the Emirate of
Fujairah.
During the meeting, Sheikh Hamad welcomed His Excellency Abdullah Mohammed Al
Ashram, CEO of the "7x7x" Group, along with Obaid Mohammed Al Qatami, Executive
Director of Corporate Affairs, and their delegation. The stamp features an image of His
Highness positioned between the past and present, showcasing landmarks of Fujairah as a
tribute to the emirate's history.

The design of the stamp celebrates His Highness's accomplishments over the past fifty years
and the national achievements realized under his leadership. Al Ashram extended his
congratulations to Sheikh Hamad, expressing wishes for continued growth and prosperity for
the emirate.

The meeting was also attended by His Excellency Mohammed Saeed Al Dhanhani, Director
of the Emiri Diwan.
