The long wait is finally over as the beloved open-wood fire grilling concept 71 Steak & Grill gears up to open its first
permanent Dubai location. Conveniently located within Nad Al Sheba Mall and set to welcome guests from October
1st, Dubai diners can now savour its bold flavours and premium cuts closer to home. With a focus on quality
ingredients, honest cooking, and shared moments, 71 Steak & Grill brings mouthwatering plates to life in a setting that
feels easy, welcoming, and built for connection.
Founded in 2017 by a group of young local entrepreneurs with the support of the Khalifa Fund, 71 Steak & Grill began
its story in Ajman before expanding to Sharjah, and later creating an unforgettable two-year pop-up at Emirates
Towers. Nestled among the roaming peacocks and overlooking the skyline, that experience became a favourite for city
diners drawn to the rich aroma of wood smoke and the brand's signature hospitality. Now, backed by a loyal following
and a growing team, 71 Steak & Grill is stepping into its most exciting chapter yet.
Bathed in natural light through towering glass walls, 71 Steak & Grill in Nad Al Sheba blends earthy tones, lush
greenery, and cinematic design accents. With terracotta-coloured ceilings, amber glassware, and sculptural statement
pieces, the restaurant offers an atmosphere that is both stylish and welcoming.

As for the menu, expect a bold, flavour-forward journey built around premium meats, smoked indulgences, and well-
balanced plates. Signature highlights include 14-hour smoked short ribs, a Black Angus tomahawk for serious steak
lovers, and the hearty NY Brisket Sandwich layered with pepper sauce, cheddar cheese, and dijon.
Alternatively, choose something from the sea, such as the smoked octopus with sweet potato hummus, kimchi, and
crispy tapioca, or opt for the succulent roasted chicken topped with truffle sauce and oyster mushrooms.
Complementing each main is a selection of tempting light bites like creamy mac and cheese, grilled avocado, smoked
truffle burrata, and crispy parmesan fries.
Designed with families in mind, the menu also includes a dedicated kids' section featuring baby steak with fries, grilled
chicken, and mini burgers. For those with a sweet tooth, decadent desserts like tiramisu and warm skillet cookies
topped with ice cream offer the perfect end to any meal.
