               2033’ theme. This project aims to solidify Dubai’s status as a global hub for innovation in HR
               management.

               As an indicator of DGHR’s commitment to revolutionising government HR management, this report
               will assist Dubai Government in achieving its strategic goals while enhancing operational efficiency
               overall.
               The DGHR continues its mission under wise leadership guidance by creating initiatives supporting
