aligns with the
ambitious Dubai
Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai 2024 Urban Master Plan, emphasizing sustainability and innovation.
DGHR's initiative, led by Director General Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, seeks to integrate 65,000 Emiratis into the
private sector by 2033. The project aims to digitize labor market forecasts, enhance productivity, and implement
automation through advanced analytics. Key to this initiative is the collaboration between government and private
sectors to foster a competitive, globally recognized workforce.
The project is structured into four main phases over a 12-month period, continuing with specific programs beyond
this timeframe. The initial phase involves in-depth market analysis to understand current and future skill
requirements, followed by strategic workforce planning to ensure these needs are met. Subsequent phases focus on
capacity-building programs and the integration of cutting-edge technologies to streamline HR processes.
H.E. Abdullah Al Falasi emphasized the project's importance in bolstering Dubai’s economic growth and its alignment
with the UAE's Net Zero by 2050 goals. By leveraging exceptional talents and fostering innovation, the initiative aims
to position Dubai as a global hub for creativity and technological advancement.
The report also highlights the DGHR's efforts in conducting visits to key government and private entities to foster
collaboration. These visits are part of the broader strategy to create partnerships that drive sustainable development
and enhance community well-being.
