Riyadh, December 31, 2024, SPA – The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) has licensed "HIBERBAY INK AL-SAOUDIA For IT Systems" to provide e-wallet
solutions, bringing the total number of licensed companies currently offering payment services in the Kingdom to 27.
This decision comes as part of SAMA's efforts to support and empower the payments sector, aiming to enhance the effectiveness and flexibility of financial
transactions, encourage innovation in financial services, and promote financial inclusion by ensuring access to financial services for all segments of society.
