The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) licensed HyperPay Inc Saudi for IT systems to provide payment
services through e-wallets.

In a statement today, Dec. 31, SAMA said the total number of licensed payment service providers in
the Kingdom rose to 27.

This decision comes as part of efforts to support and empower the payments sector, aiming to
enhance the efficiency and flexibility of financial transactions, encourage innovation in financial
services, and promote financial inclusion by ensuring access to financial services for all segments of
society.

SAMA affirmed the importance of dealing with licensed or authorized financial institutions, which can
be verified through SAMA’s official website.
