Encouraging Cross-Cultural Knowledge Exchange

Noor Al Ali, President of the Emirates Global Youth Council in Australia, highlighted the
initiative’s role in facilitating knowledge-sharing between Emirati students and their international peers.
She stated:

“Knowledge is a fundamental pillar in shaping the aspirations of youth,
particularly those pursuing education abroad. The ‘Knowledge Lounge’ fosters

a culture of learning by encouraging dynamic exchanges between Emirati,
Arab, and international students. This initiative broadens perspectives,
nurtures creativity, and enhances academic and professional development.”

A Hub For Intellectual Growth And Innovation

The ‘Knowledge Lounge’ is a key initiative of MBRF, offering a platform for expert-led discussions
across various disciplines. Through interactive sessions, the initiative connects participants with

authors, industry experts, and personal development coaches, enabling in-depth intellectual
exchanges.

Beyond promoting a reading culture, the initiative serves as a hub for creative thinking and talent
development. It brings together young minds, fostering innovative ideas and knowledge-driven
communities. Last year, MBRF hosted over 40 knowledge sessions as part of the ‘Knowledge

Lounge’ initiative, featuring prominent figures from the literary and publishing sectors.

By expanding its knowledge-sharing efforts globally, MBRF continues to play a pivotal role in inspiring
youth to embrace reading, critical thinking, and intellectual dialogue—essential elements for a
progressive and knowledge-driven future.
