               bacteria is the latest in the world and is internationally accredited by the European
               Water Testing Network. It also holds a certificate of recognition from the Association
               of Official Analytical Chemists (AOAC International), as the technology is
               distinguished by its high accuracy.” “And its speed in providing results in a record
               time of no more than 48 hours, compared to traditional methods that used to take 14
               days to obtain results.”
               The Director of the Dubai Central Laboratory Department indicated that
               microbiological analysis laboratories conduct more than 100,000 tests annually on
               various types of food, environmental water, and consumer products, to ensure that
               they meet the approved technical standards in accordance with the requirements of
               the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ensuring the safety of all products.
               In the markets of the Emirate of Dubai, in addition to carrying out development
               studies and research for various microbiological tests that enhance the readiness
               and readiness of the laboratory to respond quickly to various cases.
               The new technology supports the structure of microbiological examinations, which
               are carried out to ensure that there is no microbial growth that causes spoilage or
               diseases transmitted through various goods and products, and to preserve the health
               and safety of consumers.
               The laboratory tests conducted by the laboratory also rely on an integrated
               technological system consisting of 5,000 technologies and devices, all of which
               operate in accordance with international best practices, providing inspection and
               calibration services, technical consultations, and specialized training that benefit a
               large number of vital sectors, including; The food, health, industry, and environment
               sectors, in addition to several governmental and academic agencies and institutions.
               It is noteworthy that the Dubai Central Laboratory system includes several
               specialized laboratories, including: Chemical analysis laboratory, microbiological
               analysis, infrastructure and building materials laboratories, metrology, and
               electromechanical instrumentation laboratories.
