bureaucracy. This aligns with the ‘We the UAE 2031’ vision, which seeks to position the UAE as
a leading and distinctive nation and deliver world-class government services by the next decade.

The areas of cooperation outlined in the MoUs include providing technical and IT support through
joint coordination, exchanging expertise and best practices in relevant fields, enhancing the
country’s global competitiveness, delivering proactive services, and further strengthening
compliance with established methodologies and standards across all seven emirates.

The ‘Growth’ platform enables users to search for information related to business licenses
registered in the country from among more than 2,000 economic activities across all seven
emirates. It allows users to view the investment opportunities available in various economic sectors
in the country and includes the national identity of the unified economic number (ERN). The
