SEWA continues to offer new options to its customers.

The Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) has added a new channel to refund the
deposit after closing the account through Al Ansari Exchange. This is wonderful news. I really
appreciate SEWA for always constanly evolving and trying to find way to help customers (“Now
residents can get back SEWA security deposit from Al Ansari exchange,” Oct.1, 2024, Gulf Today
digital edition.) I have been living in Sharjah for almost 20 years and I am satisfied with the
professionalism of SEWA. In all these years, I have never ever faced any issues dealing with SEWA.
Whenever I visited SEWA office for any help they were quick to sort it out. I really appreciate the top
management of SEWA for always thinking about the satisfaction of customers.
