Two UAE schools nominated for
World’s Best School Prizes 2024
Dubai International Academy Emirates Hills and GEMS
Legacy School are now running to win a share of a
$50,000 prize fund
All 50 shortlisted global schools across the five prizes will also take part in a public vote,
which opened on June 13
Two UAE schools have been nominated for the World’s Best School Prizes 2024 awards.
Dubai International Academy Emirates Hills and GEMS Legacy School are now
shortlisted among the top 10 schools globally running to win a share of the $50,000
prize fund.
Founded by global education hub T4 Education, the annual global awards recognise
schools in five categories: community collaboration, environmental action, innovation,
overcoming adversity, and supporting healthy lives.
The awards were established in collaboration with Accenture, American Express, and the
Lemann Foundation as a response to the pandemic. They aim to highlight the work of
schools that are making a significant difference not only in their classrooms but also in
