This initiative has created a platform that activates the role of youth by leveraging

their skills and creativity to develop innovative solutions addressing real

government challenges, advancing vital sectors, and contributing to the UAE’s

progress.

Held at the Executive Council’s General Secretariat headquarters, the event

gathered over 60 young men and women from government, semi-government,

and private entities. Attendees included notable government leaders like Dr.

Sultan Al Neyadi, Minister of State for Youth Affairs, and Aisha Miran, Director

General of KHDA.

The event began with opening remarks from these leaders before participants

were divided into working groups. Each group received a ‘vital file’ detailing a real

government challenge. The teams then worked to analyze the root causes of their

assigned issue and develop comprehensive solutions.
