The Role of DGHR at Ru’ya 2025

The Dubai Government Human Resources Department played a central role at the fair. Its
participation went beyond showcasing job opportunities and focused on long-term career development
and skill-building.

DGHR worked with national partners including the Emirati Human Resources Development Council,
the Ministry of Education, and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority. This collaboration
ensured that the fair supported the UAE’s strategic vision of preparing citizens for future industries and
leadership roles.

Representatives from DGHR were present at dedicated stands, where they engaged directly with
Emirati youth. They provided guidance on career planning, shared insights on government
employment policies, and introduced attendees to training programs. The department also organized
seminars and workshops focused on leadership, innovation, and the skills required for the jobs of
