EHRDC And Azizi Developments Sign Strategic MoU To Advance

Emiratization In Dubai’s Real Estate Sector

The Emirati Human Resources Development Council (EHRDC) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Azizi
Developments, in a key move to boost Emiratization and strengthen the participation of UAE nationals in Dubai’s private real estate sector.
The signing ceremony, attended by senior officials from both parties, reinforces EHRDC’s commitment to enabling national talent through
collaborative public-private initiatives.

The agreement sets the foundation for a wide-ranging partnership that prioritizes employment, training, and knowledge transfer,
addressing the critical need to align academic qualifications with labour market demands in one of Dubai’s core economic sectors.
Built on three core pillars, the MoU aims to:

1. Create job opportunities for Emiratis within Azizi’s real estate portfolio
2. Launch specialised training programmes to develop sector-relevant skills

3. Facilitate direct knowledge transfer from Azizi’s experienced professionals to Emirati employees
This initiative supports both the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which seeks to enhance business competitiveness, and the UAE Centennial
2071, focused on building a sustainable, knowledge-driven economy.

H.E. Abdulla Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of the Dubai Government Human Resources Department and Deputy Chairman of
EHRDC, emphasized the significance of the partnership.

“This agreement marks a pivotal moment in our mission to enhance the contribution of Emirati talent within the real estate sector,” he said.
“Through this collaboration with Azizi Developments, Emiratis will gain hands-on experience and international-standard training, enabling
them to play a meaningful role in shaping the sector’s future.”

Mr. Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developments, expressed pride in the partnership.
