Abdulaziz Al Falahi, Emiratization Recruitment Superintendent at EHRDC, also reaffirmed the Council’s dedication to creating attractive and
inclusive work environments for UAE nationals.

“We are investing in the future of our economy by equipping Emiratis with the skills and tools needed to lead in vital sectors like real estate,”
he said.

Further highlighting its commitment, Azizi Developments hosted an award ceremony on July 23, 2025, at the Conrad Hotel, recognising the
contributions of its Emirati workforce. Certificates of appreciation were presented to UAE nationals making significant contributions to the
company, with three individuals receiving the prestigious ‘Emirati Hero’ award.

The EHRDC continues to develop an integrated system for training, recruiting, and nurturing Emirati talent, based on field research and
labour market insights. With partnerships such as this, both entities aim to establish a sustainable and competitive ecosystem that
empowers UAE nationals to thrive in the private sector, especially within real estate development, a vital component of Dubai’s economic
growth.
