Future Builders Launchpad and Long-Term Support
At the conclusion of the bootcamp, the most outstanding projects were selected to join the Future Builders
Launchpad, a new phase of the programme. This launchpad provides financial and technical support to help
participants transform their ideas into actual business ventures.

Graduates of the programme also gain access to ongoing mentorship programmes, ensuring that they continue to
receive guidance as they grow their businesses. This long-term support helps participants develop confidence,
manage challenges, and succeed in the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Promoting Entrepreneurship and Youth Capabilities

The Future Entrepreneur Programme demonstrates effective collaboration between different sectors to develop youth
capabilities. It not only focuses on entrepreneurship but also encourages creativity, innovation, and problem-solving
skills among young participants.

By offering practical experience alongside theoretical learning, the programme ensures that young people are well-
prepared for the challenges of running a business in the real world. The initiative also reflects Abu Dhabi’s
commitment to empowering its youth with essential skills for the future, preparing them to contribute meaningfully
to the national economy.

The first edition of the Future Entrepreneur Programme has proven to be a significant success. With over 1,000
applicants, 134 bootcamp participants, and 54 projects showcased, the programme has shown the enthusiasm of
Emirati youth to create innovative and impactful businesses.

Through training, workshops, bootcamps, marketplaces, and the Future Builders Launchpad, the programme has
provided financial literacy, entrepreneurship skills, and practical business experience to a new generation of young
entrepreneurs.

With ongoing mentorship and support, these young innovators are now equipped to turn their ideas into thriving
ventures, contributing to Abu Dhabi’s vision of a diversified and sustainable economy. The programme serves as a
shining example of how education, practical experience, and innovation can combine to empower youth and prepare
them for future success.
