Dubai: In a groundbreaking move that underscores the UAE’s bold
commitment to innovation, artificial intelligence (AI) will become a core
subject across all public schools, from kindergarten through Grade 12,
starting in the 2025—2026 academic year.
The initiative, part of the UAE’s National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence
2031, aims to nurture not just technical proficiency but also digital ethics,
empathy, and critical thinking from the earliest stages of education.
