Arçelik also announced the establishment of Beko Europe, resulting from the conclusion
of the definitive contribution agreement between Beko BV, a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Arçelik, and Whirlpool EMEA Holdings LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Whirlpool
Corporation. This advancement demonstrates Arçelik’s continued commitment to
revolutionizing the industry and bringing value to consumers around the world.
