Dubai: In line with its efforts to reinforce the role of human capital in improving government and
institutional performance, the Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) honoured Dr
Mohammed Suhail Al Muhairi, a government employee in the emirate, for proposing the ‘Summer
