with the aim of developing Items of future strategies that help build new sports champions in line with the sports sector
strategy 2032, which aims to expand the base of participation in the Olympic Games.

His Excellency Sheikh Suhail bin Butti Al Maktoum explained that the authority is looking forward with the federations to
find the best ways to discover and develop talent, with the aim of preparing a future generation capable of achieving
achievements in various continental and international forums. He added, we are working with the Fencing Federation to
enhance competitiveness in sports by studying strengths The current and future opportunities, in addition to identifying ways
to develop the presence of fencing in the community, which contributes to attracting more talents.

In turn, Eng. Sheikh Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi valued the efforts made by the authority to support federations, and added
that we are working to benefit from the technical and digital development in accordance with the national strategy of the
digital government of the UAE, with the aim of developing the work mechanism within the federation by taking advantage
of modern technical methods in recording the most accurate data on Players and tournaments, which helps improve the
mechanism of talent selection and development. We also look forward to developing ways to develop talent through the use
of advanced training methods based on increasing the encouragement of young talents, during exercises by creating useful
and enjoyable challenges for players, which contributes to increasing creativity and accelerating the development process.

The meeting reviewed the forms submitted to priority sports federations, which include accurate details of the mechanism of
work within the federation and the pillars according to which the new strategy will be built, in addition to identifying the
distinguished talents of each age group and the plans that will be followed to prepare them physically and mentally in order
to enhance opportunities for achieving achievements. The full features of the strategy will be drawn up through subsequent
workshops that bring together the authority and the union.

During the meeting, the current plans that the federation is working on were presented, which includes focusing on the
young age groups in order to provide adequate preparation for their refinement and development, noting that the results of
these plans and the performance indicators they contain will help define the features of the future strategy.
