Trade between the UAE and Kuwait is flourishing as the Gulf nations look to boost ties

Trade between the UAE and Kuwait reached $13.5bn in 2024, according to Dr. Thani bin

Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade.

It represents a growth rate of 9 per cent compared to the previous year.

The exponential growth in trade volume is part of a string of “positive developments” that

ties Kuwait and the UAE, the minister told the joint UAE-Kuwait week.

Hailing the event as a “platform” to exchange viewpoints and ideas over plans to propel
relations to greater levels, the UAE minister said that the gathering aims to ensure that ties
