USA Auto, a Michigan-based MGA, has deployed insured.io’s Customer Engagement Platform to launch with a unified insured portal, IVR, and retention alerts.
The rapid-deployment strategy provides seamless, 24/7 access to policy details, billing, and payments across devices — enhancing customer engagement and
retention. The cloud-native platform integrates with USA Auto’s policy and payment systems, synchronizing data in real time and enabling proactive messaging
via SMS. This innovation aims to reduce service costs and boost policyholder satisfaction. insured.io, founded in 2011 by insurance veterans, delivers scalable
SaaS with robust analytics to drive continuous experience improvement.

          Workday Partners with DailyPay

Workday, the AI-powered platform for human capital and financial management, has appointed DailyPay as its Strategic Partner for On-Demand Pay across the
U.S. and Canada. Building on their existing integration since 2023, the two firms now offer seamless experience enabling frontline and hourly employees to
access earned wages in real time. This customer-centric strategy boosts financial wellness and stability, helping employers reduce turnover. Workday’s broader
goal: elevate employee engagement by removing financial stress through instant pay access.

          ODOL Selects Tyler Technologies

The Oklahoma Department of Labor (ODOL) has selected Tyler Technologies’ State Regulatory Platform Suite (SRPS), a cloud-based solution hosted on AWS, to
modernize its licensing, enforcement, inspection, and payment systems. The strategy focuses on replacing legacy infrastructure with automated, AI-driven
workflows to improve transparency, compliance, and service delivery. SRPS integrates mobile field inspections, flexible workflows, and machine learning to
enhance monitoring. Labor Commissioner Leslie Osborn highlighted that digital licensing will speed employment pathways and boost public access, while Tyler
—partnering with Oklahoma since 2001—continues expanding trusted state services.
