AJMAN, 29th August, 2024 (WAM) -- Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Chairman of
Ajman Port and Customs Department, received Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of
State for Foreign Trade, at the department's headquarters.

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director-General of
Ajman Port and Customs Department, Juma Al Kait, Assistant Under-Secretary for Foreign
Trade Affairs at the Ministry of Economy, and several officials.
During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi highlighted the role of the department in advancing
customs operations, facilitating foreign trade, diversifying the economy, and increasing the
growth rates of container volumes at Ajman Port.

He also noted the provision of the best facilities and services to small and medium-sized
enterprises to strengthen their competitive role both locally and internationally.
